Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online weight loss clinic services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Bishopbriggs is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Bishopbriggs and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK pharmaceutical legislation.

We reserve the right to decline any application where we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading information in your health questionnaire may result in immediate termination of your account and referral to relevant authorities where necessary.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber or supervising clinician. Submitting a request does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Our prescriber will review your medical questionnaire and, where required, may request further information or recommend you consult your GP before treatment begins. We may decline to prescribe or may discontinue treatment at any time if we consider it not to be in your best clinical interest.
Prescriptions issued through our service are intended solely for your personal use. It is illegal to transfer or sell prescription medication to another person.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly before you complete a purchase.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, dispatch will take place within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service. We cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has left our pharmacy, as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure a valid and secure delivery address is provided. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details supplied by the patient.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been generated and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes medicines supplied on prescription from the standard right to cancel.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
The information provided through our service is for clinical support purposes only and does not replace a full medical assessment by your GP. We strongly encourage all patients to inform their GP that they are receiving weight loss treatment through our clinic.
Our service is not intended for use in medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department immediately.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purposes of providing safe and effective clinical care. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
